BSE-Sofia has published on its Internet site the scorecard for evaluation of the corporate governance adopted by the National Committee of Corporate Governance.

The scorecard is approved by the National Committee and shall serve as a tool for applying by the companies of the main principle of the National Corporate Governance Code, namely the "comply or explain" principle. It will enable the companies to make a self-assessment of the extent to which they apply in their business the principles and recommendations laid down in the Code.

The scorecard is posted in the Corporate Governance subsection of the BSE-Sofia Internet site at document [BG].

BSE-Sofia would recommend all companies to fill in the scorecard and to submit it as a part of the set of documents accompanying their 2010 financial statements.
