Bulgaria has been included for the first time in the OECD Corporate Governance Factbook 2025, one of the most important international publications in the field of corporate governance. The report presents up-to-date data and policies from OECD member and partner countries.

The NCGC has published the new Monitoring Report on the State of Corporate Governance in Bulgaria for 2024. It analyzes companies from the Premium Equities Segment, the EuroBridge Market Segment and the Standard Equities Segment of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

At its meeting held on July 29, 2025, the National Corporate Governance Commission approved amendments to the Rules for the Calculation of the Corporate Governance Index (CGIX)
