Meeting with executive directors and chairpersons of the governing bodies of public companies, at which the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance and the amendments to the National Corporate Governance Code were discussed
The Bulgarian Corporate Governance Code is in line with the principles of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). These principles set out measures for sustainable development and stability, including digital security, climate protection, etc. This became clear after a second meeting held on June 6, 2024, at 4 p.m. in the building of the Association of Industrial Capital in Bulgaria (AICB) with the participation of the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC).2024 at 4 p.m. at the building of the Association of Industrial Capital in Bulgaria (AICB) with the participation of the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) and the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) for issuers from the ADISIC segment and bond issuers. The meeting was also attended by companies from the Premium and Standard segments of the BSE.

The event was attended by the Chairman of the FSC, Boyko Atanasov, the Executive Director of the BSE, Assoc. Dr. Manyu Moravenov, the Chair of the Association of Investor Relations Directors, Daniela Peeva, Prof. Bistra Boeva, PhD in Economics, and the Director of the Investment Supervision Directorate at the FSC, Petya Hantova. The moderator was Natalia Petrova, Chair of the Management Board of the Bulgarian Association of Management Companies.
