Bulgaria Included for the First Time in the OECD Corporate Governance Factbook 2025

Bulgaria has been included for the first time in the OECD Corporate Governance Factbook 2025, one of the most important international publications in the field of corporate governance. The report presents up-to-date data and policies from OECD member and partner countries.
Bulgaria’s inclusion marks a significant step toward greater international visibility and recognition of the country’s efforts to improve corporate governance. This achievement is the result of the consistent work of the National Corporate Governance Commission (NCGC) and highlights Bulgaria’s progress in establishing transparent and effective business practices.
Congratulations to the entire NCGC team for this important accomplishment.
