Selection of Companies in the CGIX Index
At its meeting held on July 29, 2025, the National Corporate Governance Commission approved amendments to the Rules for the Calculation of the Corporate Governance Index (CGIX), and decided that the following seven companies will be included as components of CGIX, effective August 1, 2025:

Monitoring Report on the State of Corporate Governance in Bulgaria for 2025
The NCGC has published the new Monitoring Report on the State of Corporate Governance in Bulgaria for 2025. It analyzes companies from the Premium Equities Segment, the EuroBridge Market Segment and the Standard Equities Segment of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The report is available in Bulgarian only.

By a decision dated 10 June 2026, the National Corporate Governance Commission designated the seven issues to be included in the base of the Corporate Governance Index - CGIX, effective as of 22 June 2026
